Planned Otniel Murder Attack - And Under Arrest

The IDF continues to spare no effort in finding and bringing to justice all those involved in the murderous attack on the Otniel yeshiva last week. A Duvdevan undercover unit abducted Iman Kapisha, head of the Islamic Jihad in Dura, as he was driving on a Hevron street yesterday afternoon. Kapisha planned the attack, in which four yeshiva students were murdered, and was responsible for dispatching the terrorists to perpetrate the crime.
