During the last two years, Hezbollah has been surprisingly successful in recruiting Arab Israeli citizens to gather intelligence about Israeli military movements and prospective targets for terrorist operations, smuggle weapons into the country from Lebanon, and even plot kidnappings of fellow Israelis.
