Dead Bodies

How come the press is very willing to, and frequently does, show pictures of dead palestinians but purposely avoids showing pictures of dead Americans from 9-11? I guess showing dead palestinians fits into the agenda of most of the media but showing dead Americans does not. If anything, the media should avoid showing dead bodies, especially when they are being paraded around for propaganda purposes.
